Meet the Team
One of the things that makes The Roade House Yoga Studio so special is our wonderful team of teachers.
Each brings their own experience, personality and teaching style, but we all share the same philosophy – creating a welcoming, supportive environment where everybody can enjoy the benefits of movement.
Whether you’re looking for strength, relaxation, flexibility, mindfulness or simply an hour to yourself, you’ll find a class and a teacher that’s right for you.

Guest Teachers
From time to time we’re delighted to welcome guest teachers to the studio.
Igy brings her own unique teaching style and wealth of experience, while Abi joins us for specialist workshops and masterclasses, offering fresh perspectives and opportunities to explore different styles of yoga.
We love introducing our community to new teachers and believe there’s always something to learn from different approaches to movement and wellbeing.
Which Teacher is Right for You?
The wonderful thing about yoga is that there’s no single style that’s right for everyone.
Some people enjoy strong, flowing movement. Others prefer slow, restorative classes. Many of our members enjoy a mixture of both throughout the week.
If you’re unsure where to begin, we’d be delighted to help you choose the class and teacher that’s the best fit for you. Simply get in touch—we’re always happy to help.
