After travelling a good 230 miles in some really hot weather it was really good to find a really quick check in process, room was clean, tidy and was nice and cool when it was 28c outside. (The fan in the room was so powerful as well)

Got the bags in, quick change and headed to the pub a short walk over the road, the pub had an amazing beer garden, welcome for kids, really nice atmosphere and good food so a that was a great bonus. The village of Roade is very nice and everyone seemed very friendly.

Could not be happier with the room and facilities and my little boy was thrilled to find a really cool Star Wars book in the little book shelf in the corridor he borrowed and returned.

The thing we were impressed with most was the little onsite cafe we used twice for breakfast, really friendly chap serving us and the breakfast is very impressive. I had the BIG cooked breakfast, partner opted for the healthier options of the homemade granola.

Really good stay, really nice site, really nice surroundings.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A real gem! Tucked away but easily accessible if you know where to go. Had a fab brunch & super cappuccino. The family team are really welcoming and couldn’t have been nicer.
